Linear constant current LED driver

Features

MT7601 is a single-stage linear constant current LED driver chip, mainly used in non-isolated 110VAC/220VAC AC direct-driven LED lighting fixtures and systems.


MT7601 has a built-in 600V high-voltage tube, which simplifies the system design. The system does not need electrolytic capacitors, inductors, or transformers and other components. The whole system is simple and low-cost. It can also be directly embedded in the LED light module to become an integrated light source driver module (integrated light engine) driven by AC directly.


The LED string current driven by MT7601 can be flexibly set by the external sampling resistor value, ranging from 10mA to 60mA. When the LED current exceeds 60mA, multiple MT7601s can be used in parallel.
