Product Description:

NS9011 is a dual-channel low-noise, low-dropout, fast-response LDO. It achieves fully independent control of the two outputs through internal circuits and can provide an output voltage range of 1.2~3.6V with an output voltage accuracy of +/-2%.

NS9011 has built-in current limiting protection circuit, overheat protection circuit and short circuit protection circuit to ensure the safe operation of the chip. NS9011 has a wide output capacitance range and ESR tolerance, which can ensure stable operation when the output capacitance is above 1uF and the ESR is within the range of 20mΩ to 1Ω, providing users with flexible choices.

NS9011 adopts SOT23-6L package and has an operating temperature range of -40℃～85℃.
