Features

The MD73UXX series is a positive voltage regulator circuit with low voltage dropout, high-precision output voltage, and ultra-low power consumption current developed using CMOS technology. Since it has a built-in low on-resistance transistor, the input-output voltage dropout is low. At the same time, it has a high input voltage tolerance, and the maximum operating voltage can reach 15V, which is suitable for application circuits that require higher withstand voltage.
