The typical application circuit of LC182/LC181 integrated circuit is shown in Figure 2-123. It uses a battery to drive a light-emitting diode flashing
circuit. After turning on the power switch, pins 6, 7, 1, and 2 of the integrated block (pin 6 of LC181 is an empty pin, so there is no need to go all the way)
will output high level in sequence. Its cycle frequency is about 0.5~1Hz (this frequency depends on the resistor-capacitor component R and C2 of pin 3),
so the photodiode flashes slowly in a cycle. If the audio signal output by the audio equipment is sent to pin 5 of the integrated block through Cl,
the cycle rate of the colored lights will accelerate with the strength of the audio signal. The maximum modulation rate of this circuit is 15 times, that is, the original IHz
frequency can be Speed up to 15Hz. By appropriately adjusting R and C2 or changing the intensity of the input audio signal , the lantern can achieve satisfactory
dynamic effects. This circuit can be used to control the rotating light and speaker of the radio recorder.
Here is another introduction to a high-power voice-controlled music lantern circuit made using LC182, as shown in Figure 2-124 for details. The working voltage of LC182
is supplied by 220V AC after being stepped down by CI, rectified by VDl~VD4, stabilized by VD5 and filtered by C2. The four output terminals of LC182
are driven by resistors R2-R5 to turn on and off the four solid-state relays SSRI~SSR4, thus meeting
the requirements for lighting high-power colored lights. By sending the audio signal output by the audio equipment to its pin 5 through C3, the high-power colored lights can be made
to shine according to the rhythm of the music.
