The following is an electronic circuit called GalaxyAudioBooster which is used to improve the performance of your audio system. This circuit uses ICRC4558 which has two operational amplifier modules that can be used for stereo audio applications.
This circuit is similar to a stereo enhancer, using the principle of a high-pass filter to amplify and produce powerful highs; and it also uses the principle of a low-pass filter, which is then amplified to produce powerful bass.
A regulated DC power supply of 12-15V should be used to make this circuit operate at maximum performance and reduce "hum" noise.

RC4558 Operational Amplifier Description
The RC4558 device is a dual-channel general-purpose operational amplifier with each half having electrical characteristics similar to the µA741 except that the zero-offset feature is not provided.
The high common-mode input voltage range and lack of latch-up make this amplifier ideal for voltage follower applications. The device is short-circuit protected, and internal frequency compensation ensures stability without the need for external components.
RC4558 Features:
Continuous short circuit protection
Wide common-mode and differential voltage range
No frequency compensation required
Low power consumption
No latch
Unity gain bandwidth: 3MHz typical
Gain and phase matching between amplifiers
Low noise: 8nV/√Hz typical at 1kHz
application
DVD Recorders and Players
