Small timer reminder

The circuit of the timer reminder is shown in the figure. It mainly consists of three parts: (1) timer charging circuit; (2) main delay circuit. It uses the characteristics of CM0s integrated circuit with high input impedance and small input current. Capacitor C2 and resistor R2 are used to determine the discharge time. The inverter input is maintained at a high voltage; (3) audio oscillator circuit.
When in use, turn on the power switch, the speaker will beep once, and then stop. After about 20 minutes, the speaker will beep again to remind you that the time is up. If you want to change the time, you can adjust the value of capacitor C2 and resistor R2.
