DSP power supply problem - urgent! [Copy link]

I imitated the seed EVM642 and used tps54310 as the power supply of 642. When it is unloaded, the power supply output is normal 1.39v and 3.26v. But when the load is connected, the 1.39v output is normal, but the 3.3v output is gone, which is 0v. There is no overload phenomenon when measuring the current. Please help! Thanks in advance!
