Professional and Technical Qualification Certification Standards (Trial)

In order to promote the socialization of professional and technical qualification certification, serve the majority of scientific and technological workers and college students in related majors, and promote the growth of professional and technical talents in electronic information and the development of the information industry in my country, the China Institute of Electronics is now carrying out the professional and technical qualification certification of junior electronic information engineers. The nature of professional and technical qualification certification is peer recognition. Adhere to the principles of openness, fairness and justice, adhere to standards, focus on capabilities, and pursue the greatest social recognition and ultimate international mutual recognition. The specific work plan is as follows:

1. Qualification Certification Name

Junior assistant engineer in electronic design, assistant engineer in electronic design.

II. Qualification Certification Subjects

College graduates or third-year university students, as well as scientific and technological personnel from all walks of life.

III. Basic conditions and requirements for applying for junior assistant electronic design engineer and assistant electronic design engineer

1. To apply for the qualification certification of junior assistant engineer in electronic design, one of the following conditions must be met:

( 1 ) Applicants who have graduated from a junior college or above, are in the third year of undergraduate studies or above, are postgraduate students in related majors, or have worked for more than one year and have passed the technical qualification certification and examination for junior assistant electronic design engineers.

( 2 ) Those who have won provincial or municipal awards in the National College Student Electronic Design Competition and passed the technical qualification certification examination for junior assistant electronic design engineers.

2. To apply for electronic design assistant engineer qualification certification, one of the following conditions must be met:

( 1 ) Those who have obtained the technical qualification certification of junior assistant engineer of electronic design for more than one year and passed the technical qualification certification examination of assistant engineer of electronic design with a qualified score.

( 2 ) Applicants who have graduated from a junior college and have worked for more than 2 years, graduated from a bachelor's degree and have worked for more than 1 year, or have a master's degree in a related major and have passed the electronic design assistant engineer technical qualification certification examination.

( 3 ) Those who have won the first or second prize in the National Undergraduate Electronic Design Competition and passed the Electronic Design Assistant Engineer Technical Qualification Certification Examination.

4. Certification Content

The corresponding technical qualification certification standards for each level should include the following three parts:

1. Basic professional qualities: understanding of industry policies and regulations, professional ethics and the basic characteristics of relevant enterprises and institutions.

2. Basic theories and cutting-edge professional knowledge: Understand the basic theories and cutting-edge professional knowledge and technological development trends of relevant majors.

3. Practical skills and engineering design capabilities : According to the corresponding major, relevant technical and engineering design capabilities are proposed to target personal career development positioning and direction.

Note : These three parts are the basic components of the certification standards , and different weights and examination methods will be used according to the professionalism and level of different certification projects .

2. Electronic Design Assistant Engineer Qualification Certification Standards

Master the principles and technologies of electromechanical control (optional) 5. Understand data wired and wireless transmission technologies and systems. (optional) 6. Choose a related major	40%	1. Master the electronic engineering design process, electronic small system design and debugging. 2. Master the design and production of DSP small systems (optional). 3. Be familiar with the design of ARM small systems and master their debugging methods (optional). 4. Design and production of wireless data transmission system (optional) 5. Design and production of typical network video devices. (optional) 6. Design, manufacture and debug the system according to the selected specialty.

6. Certification Examination

The certification examination is organized by the Professional Technical Qualification Certification Office of the China Electronics Society or by an approved unit. The certification examination consists of two parts: practical operation and written examination. During the operation period, the examination questions shall be uniformly set or approved by the expert committee.

( 1 ) Actual operation:

According to different levels, assessment:

a. Design, install and debug a small circuit system or product according to the requirements of the test questions (if the questions are complicated, you can complete them before the test. During the test, you can make small parameter adjustments to the system and give expert defense);

b. Eliminate the fault on a certain circuit or system board and conduct performance test;

c. Write a design report or test report;

d. Expert defense.

( 2 ) Written examination: 120 minutes: The written examination should be conducted on the basis of passing the practical examination. Candidates who fail the practical examination cannot take the written examination.

The written examination focuses on the examinee's ability to apply the knowledge learned in practice, and emphasizes the examinee's design ability. It mainly examines the basic theories, basic knowledge and practical skills related to electronic design.

VII. Qualification Certification

Fill in the qualification certification application form, provide a copy of the academic certificate (or school certificate), pass the examination and other relevant materials. After being reviewed and approved by the China Electronics Society Electronic Design Junior Assistant / Assistant Engineer Qualification Certification Expert Group, it will be submitted to the China Electronics Society Professional Technical Qualification Certification Office for review and the certificate will be issued.

I am not trying to pour cold water on you.. I do know something about training. Now the certificates issued by the Ministry of Labor are all rotten and not very useful. If you have time to take the certificate exam, you should learn more useful things.
