There are too many ICs that can be written into programs. MM memory can be written into programs. Microcontrollers can be written into programs. As long as the device contains EPROM, EEPROM or FLASH, it can be written into programs. I guess you want EEPROM memory 24C02, 93C46 and the like. Take a look first.
