AD template creation problem [Copy link]

I have nothing to do and want to learn more about AD, so I want to make a template first, and I found a problem, which is described as follows

After making the schematic template on computer A, everything is normal when opening and creating the file; however, when the new template is opened on computer B, since there is no logo image path on computer B, the logo image is not displayed in the schematic diagram on computer B. Only a logo image path is left, and this path is exactly the path where the logo on computer A exists.

In this case, how can I lock the logo so that it does not change with the computer?

Select the relative path and bind it to the file package of your corresponding template.

Yes. If you want to open the template on computer B, you must move the template to computer B. At this time, put your logo together with the template, set the path as a relative path, and set the logo in the template folder. In this way, when you open the template on computer B, the same logo path will not change.  Details Published on 2024-6-6 16:04

Do you mean putting the logo image in the template file?

This problem is solved. The method is to first edit a schematic file format is XXXX.SCHDOC, then edit this schematic file, drag the picture directly into AD (simple and crude), pay attention not to click the toolbar to place the picture, just drag it into AD, and then click Save File to save the file  Details Published on 2024-6-12 09:03

This problem is solved,

The method is to first edit a schematic file format of XXXX.SCHDOC, then edit this schematic file, drag the picture directly into AD (simple and crude), note that you do not click the one in the toolbar to place the picture, but drag it into AD, then click Save File to save the file as XXXX.SCHDOT file (optional in the file format column when saving). In this way, after creating the template, use this template to create a file, then copy the file to any other computer and open it, the picture will be displayed normally, and the picture path will no longer be displayed.
