Machine Vision: the designated textbook for MIT's machine vision course [Copy link]

"Machine Vision" starts from the perspective of inverse problems and proposes a complete set of research methods on machine vision. The core of this book is: machine vision should be based on a deep understanding of the imaging process! As the designated textbook for the machine vision course taught by the author at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), this book has been used for nearly 30 years and is still widely used by many famous universities in Europe and the United States. This book provides a systematic framework for understanding existing methods and technologies and preparing for future research. It contains a lot of content on applying machine vision methods to practical problems. The book consists of 18 chapters. The first 13 chapters mainly talk about the content of early vision, and the last 5 chapters focus more on: solving some more complex practical problems. Finally, the author integrates the methods introduced in each chapter together to build an "eye-hand" system that can interact with the surrounding environment. The mathematical methods used in the book are also included in the final appendix; as a supplement and expansion of the content, the book also provides a wealth of exercises.

It is a classic book... However, I seem to have downloaded it before, so if you are not studying CV, don't download it.   Details Published on 2024-5-2 22:15
